This quasi-blog-like website, dedicated to real estate and beyond, is a random collection of items that really do not fit on our firm's primary website. We will post on real estate, the Triangle market, our team, our competitors, and ancillary issues, with a spattering of food and wine and politics and what we are reading, etc.
So, Is this website a 'blog'?
The Stormhoek folks have written a nice guide on that issue. The question is, can we do for real estate what they have done for wine?

Well, we surely will not post daily. Perhaps not even on a regular basis. We will, however, post in reverse chronological order, like regular blogs. But we reserve the right to go back and revise. Does that break the rules?
Also, we have asked ourselves whether this site should focus solely on real estate. We will try to keep it interesting and topical (no promises), but we would like this site to be more interesting rather than terribly informative. For good, old-fashioned and useful real estate information, visit our firm's primary website.
Here, we would like to reflect the personality of our firm, our brokers, and our market. Many of our clients are new to the Triangle market and many of our website visitors are simply considering the area. We will use this site, whatever we call it, to introduce ourselves and our version of the Triangle.
